A: Shipping costs for orders placed on this site are based on the number of items ordered and the delivery location. Shipping charges include carrier costs (including fuel surcharges) and are subject to change (usually due to postal increases).
Shipping Methods
USPS Priority Mail* (Usually 2-5 Business Days**) - Orders shipped via this method are packaged in a sturdy box (4+ skirts) or in a flat envelope (1 – 3 skirts) and delivered by a mail carrier. Tracking information is usually available for these orders.

*USPS delivers packages Monday through Saturday excluding federal holidays.
**Business days are considered to be M-F. The first day of shipping would be the first business day after the order has shipped.
A: The $1.00 shipping surcharge is the handling fee for processing the order, very nominal because we want to keep costs as low as possible.
A: International and Rush order will incur additional shipping charges. Email us for a quote. We overnight packages in the US via Fed Ex and ship world wide via the most affordable method available.
A: We currently accept all major credit cards, Paypal, money order, or personal check by special arrangement.

A: Our skirts are individually hand made with an eye toward a wide variety but in limited quantities. We tend to sell out of a particular skirt and try to remove them from the website as soon as possible. If you should happen to order a skirt that is sold out, we apologize for the inconvenience and hope you’ll choose another from our constantly evolving collection.
A: $1.00 handling fee is included in the Shipping surcharge. 9.75% Tax for CA residents only (Sorry! Gov’t regulations)
A: We hope you will enjoy your skirt. We work hard to find the finest fabrics and strive to give you the highest level of service. If for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, we kindly ask that you do so within 7 days of purchase. Items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Regretfully, there is no refund on initial shipping costs or shipping costs to return/exchange items. Custom orders are also non-refundable.
A: Each skirt is made of the most beautiful fabrics from around the world. If you are wearing them poolside/beach side, please avoid chlorine or salt water as it will ruin the lace. These skirts are not suitable for swimming. Fiber content varies so we suggest you hand wash your skirts.
